Her aggressive negotiating skills and sense of urgency on every deal have kept her in the Top Producer category. She specializes in marketing homes, working with investors and commercial real estate. Allen Shook
Allen Shook is a specialist in commercial and residential property management. He screens each client through a series of background checks, employment verification, debt ratio and budget qualifications. Each placement of a tenant is screened personally by Allen. He prepares a team to get home prepared for next tenant in a timely manner. Most homes have new tenant within a 30 day time frame. He works with each property owner to design the plan that works best for them.
The fees for property management are 10% of the monthly rent and for placement, the fee is half of the first month rent. This cost covers screening, advertising, and showings.

Bernadine Neff
Bernie Neff moved back to Burleson two years ago and had been a lead buyers agent in California for a number of years. She has been with Keller Williams® for seven years and specializes in buyers representation. She is an expert in working with builders, lake property as well as investment properties. She is a great negotiator and a valuable asset to the SRG.

Magon Crittenden
Magon is the SRG Team Assistant and personal assistant to Kimberly. She keeps all the paperwork complete and up to date. A support of all administration issues as well as follow up with phone calls from current showings. Magon is heads up marketing efforts as it relates to photo shoots and placement on various websites. Magon has been with the Shook Realty group for over two years. She is a part time student at TCC.
