Major Tenants include: TJ Maxx, Guitar Center, Urban Styles Furniture, Smiley Entertainment, Harbor Freight Tools, and many others.

Over 20 years of ownership Shook Realty Group has successfully maintained an average occupancy of 94%, and has navigated financing and partner buyouts though traditional commercial lenders, CMBS debt, and Life Insurance Company financing.
