Shook Realty Group was hired to sell a 59,000 Square Foot specialized R&D Testing and Manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN for a locally based manufacturing company. The facility had extremely heavy power, with a specialized testing buildout and larger than typical office space. SRG completed a nationwide marketing plan, fielded 48 interested parties, and 3 potential buyers. The due diligence and sale process was longer than typical due to the specialized use of the building. SRG helped our client navigate the sale process and ultimately identified another local Indianapolis based company as the buyer of the facility.
