The Academy Building is a 31,000 Square Foot historic building that was built in 1911 as a Catholic Girls' High School. It was converted into an office building in the late 1970s, and has served as an anchor of the Lockerbie Square neighborhood, providing small companies and sole practitioners with affordable, creative office space near Massachusetts Avenue in downtown Indianapolis. Shook Realty Group purchased the Academy building in 2022, has renewed all major tenants, and the building maintains a 97-100% occupancy.
