Shook Realty Group was hired by the owner of a fractured condo building to sell their portfolio of 24/36 units within the project. SRG was able to market and identify a buyer for the full 36 unit building. As part of the due diligence process, SRG worked with the Seller to purchase the remaining 12 units from individuals, and deliver 100% ownership to the new Buyer. The Buyer's plan was to dissolve the condo association, fully renovate the building and create a top-of-market, best-in-class apartment building on the north side of Indianapolis. The Buyer successfully completed this transition within 4 months of closing.
