Jim Shook is Principal and Founder of Shook Realty Group. With 45 years of continuous commercial real estate experience spanning Chicago in the 1980s, the family firm in Lafayette in the 1990s, and the Indianapolis firm he founded in 2002, he advises clients on acquisition and disposition deal structure, market conditions, and new development opportunities. His edge is objective counsel, grounded in decades spent on both the owner's and the user's sides of the table.

Creighton Shook leads SRG's brokerage practice — landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller representation — and drives property management business development. He works alongside his father to extend his family's five-generation practice in commercial real estate, bringing an operator's perspective to every brokerage and PM assignment. 15 years in commercial real estate; Indiana licensed broker.

As VP of Property Management, Angela Billig runs the day-to-day of SRG's growing portfolio, currently 42 properties and 220-plus tenants. A hands-on operator with 25-plus years managing people and financials in fast-moving markets, she focuses on what protects an owner's bottom line: rigorous financials, disciplined property analysis, well-planned capital improvements, and tenant and vendor relationships that keep properties full and running clean. Her edge is range: she sees every area of need while keeping daily operations humming.

Christen Dittmer is a commercial real estate broker at Shook Realty Group, focused on office and retail leasing across Central Indiana. She brings 8+ years of commercial real estate experience to client work, layered on 25+ years of prior retail field leadership, operations, and talent management. Her edge is range: client engagements span buyer and seller representation across land, office, and industrial, plus leasing on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
